I applied for Link Crew in my Sophomore year when I was at my lowest. I knew I wanted to help the upcoming freshmen, but I also knew my chances of getting into Link Crew were slim due to the decisions I had made throughout the year. Mrs. Braun and Sydney Dutton were the ones who vouched for me to get the position. They both knew that it was something I needed to do just to get myself surrounded by better people, even though the part of my life was in was not a good one. I will forever be thankful for the opportunity that they gave me. Link Crew was one of my favorite things ever and I hope to be able to do it again next year.
