During this project I looked at different primary sources of people traveling through the middle passage. I had to study a first hand account from people traveling the middle passage. The middle passage was a part of the sea which slave traders used to get from Africa to America. It was a deadly passage not do to the waters but do to the living conditions the slaves were put through. After reviewing the documents I had to compare and contrast them. This required critical thinking because I had to ascertain whether or not the source was reliable or not and gain details from the journey in order to get a fuller picture of what happened.
