The main College I’m looking at is the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology.  This is because of cost, quality of education, and size along with distance.

For cost, its out of state tuition is actually lower than most of Minnesotan college’s in state tuition with a cost of $8,000. The quality of education is very good with an average job placement of 100% for many of there programs. It has 2,485 students currently enrolled which sounds ideal to me as I like the ability to socialize.

The other nice thing is the distance the drive is 8 hours which gives me ample excuses not to go visit my parents while also not being far enough away that I can’t go visit
