In math, we use many of the 6 C’s every day. Critical thinking is a skill we use often. There are many hard topics that we talk about in this class. Most of the units we have are difficult to master. We have to apply ourselves and do practice problems if we want to do well on the tests and quizzes. We also collaborate with other students in class. There are many sections and topics that I don’t understand at first. I work together with my table partners to figure out the problems we don’t know how to do. Overall, I think I do best on the section quizzes in this class. It is broken up the most, which helps me remember everything we learn. I also do okay on the unit tests because I do lots of practice the day before. Out of everything, I struggle because I make lots of simple mistakes on tests and quizzes. In order to fix this, I can take more time and be more careful when taking assessments and do even more practice outside of school.
