For this class, my artifact is a bowl I created for the empty bowls project. I am most proud of how the shape of my bowl came out. I wasn’t really expecting it to come out as much as a bowl shape as it did.  The most difficult part of this project for me was the carving. I had to make sure they were deep enough to tell they were there but also not too deep that they cut through the bottom. This connects to citizenship because the bowl I created went out to help the people in our community. If I could change anything about how I created this project I think I would carve the clay better and use less glaze on the lines. The glaze kinda filled up the line and you can really tell that they are there.
