This year, I got the opportunity to take the class Team Sports. We did many upbeat activities in this class to hopefully improve your heart rate and health by the end of the quarter. My reflection explaining what I liked about this class, what I learned, and how I will maintain a healthy lifestyle below.
Reflection:
This class helped me improve my breathing and strength because of how hard we had to work. I also became more confident in all of the sports and units that we did because we practiced them every day and learned a lot about each unit. In the future, I will carry on my fitness by continuing to play sports. My favorite unit from Team Sports was basketball because I really enjoy the sport. I also really liked soccer too but it was kind of hard for me because I play soccer and practice daily so I love the sport, but this unit was hard because we were inside for the whole unit and the soccer balls that we used were very small so it was hard for me to adjust. I will carry on good healthy habits now that the class is over by, continuing to play sports and work out and I will also eat as healthy as possible. The C that this class helped me build the most was collaboration because you had to constantly collaborate with your teammates during all of the units that we did in this class. You always had to work together in order to get things accomplished and to be successful as a team and as an individual. Overall, I really enjoyed this class and I am so happy that I got the opportunity to take it.
